Beware! Order never received, customer service will not issue a refund. Order placed two months ago!

This company is a hoax. It took one month to receive my order. Both items were twice the size of what I was expecting. Said I had 30 days to return the items. They will not send me a return label and have offered me a refund starting at $10, $25, and now $45 or I have to send the merchandise back myself to Dubai, even though the website says they have a US warehouse. Buyers beware, do not buy from Gabrinl no matter how cute you think the clothes are.

Gabrinl on FB offers poor quality clothing. Fabric is equal to tissue paper; in sheerness, flexibility and quality. The patterns are sguare with no darts and tube like sleeves. No curves for elbows etc.Very small and short. Theres no customer services. Only a London address and phone number. Good luck. No shipping return label. No itemized shopping statement. No toll free number.Just shoved into a very small bag. Ive contacted my bank card for help.Buyer beware. I believe the good reviews that tricked me into trusting them were bogus. Shame on them.

They are a scam. They advertise returns are possible but once you get them merchandise, there is no way to get in contact with the company. They are preying on the fact that people don’t have time to fight the is. My credit card is holding payment until I get an address for returns.

I purchased three sweaters and was so disappointed in the quality and sizing of each. They looked nothing as depicted on the website and the sizing was way off -- at least two sizes larger than their sizing chart indicated. The site clearly stated "free returns within 30 days" and "made in the US" on item pages for each piece I purchased, but the company is not standing by that promise. After a comical nine emails back and forth with customer service trying to return the items for a refund I gave up. They offered me anywhere from $7 to $51 in refund (original purchase was $113) and that amount varied each time they emailed me. They also told me I could only return the items to Dubai at my expense even though they state on their site that they now have a warehouse in the US. I gave up and stopped the charge on my credit card. Shop elsewhere.

From day 1 of my order.....nightmare. I tried to cx order when 2 weeks of waiting assigned no post date of order being mailed, only in process. Asked to be patient when I finally got a response. 2 items arrive - terrible quality and no tags how to wash. Asked for full refund of $87 After another month of waiting to hear back there slow to little responses demanded photos. I sent that. I've been offered $11.00 and 2nd offer $20. I filed a complaint with my discover! STAY FAR away from them - CORRUPT FIND OUT THEY ARE not USA as advertised but China. From. Reading several reviews how does this not get shut down? MaryE

This company has very poor quality on their merchandise and nothing is sized properly. I ordered 4 sweaters and paid $135. They refused to accept a return and offered me $11 as a refund. They also claimed that their shipping office was in Dubai, so to return it would be too expensive for me. Save your money and time-do not order from these con artists. Worst quality ever, worst customer service, worst sizing-please let all your friends know.

I ordered three sweaters (impulsively) after falling in love with the green sweater pictured in the ad. I knew I was rolling the dice with an unknown online entity but then I saw positive reviews and moved forward. None of the three sweaters are as pictured. The only one that truly resembles the picture is made from a cheap material...but it's still cute and wearable. The green sweater and beige sweater are both made from cheap material and the beige isn't even close to being what was represented in the picture—it's terrible in color, style and size. The other two are probably not even wearable and I fear I will have little recourse based on the reviews here about returns. There are also no labels, and nothing to indicate how one would wash. We all know we should just avoid online "too good to be true" stores hawking cute clothes.
