GabrinlReviews of gabrinl.com

This company is a scam and is fraudulent. DO NOT USE! I cancelled the order immediately per the company's on site cancellation policy (which they acknowledged in writing that they received) and they still sent the order with shipping costs. They refused to return the items at their expense and will only refund a portion of the cost. I have reported this company to Pay Pal and they have had other complaints. I WILL BE reporting to other entities! Do Not Use or you will be sorry!!! I have every bit of the correspondence with this company.

I ordered a $55 sweater from this company. It did not come as expected and when I asked for it to be replaced because it was not what I ordered, they offered a $8 refund. I told them I wanted the entire amount refunded or the sweater replaced with what I ordered and they countered with $12 because the cost of shipping from Dubai for them. Did not satisfy my ask or stand behind their product. Do not order from this company. Save your money and by from USA.

I ordered three sweaters for 100$ and I want to return two of them. They will not let me return them and are offering 13$ for two sweaters that I paid 65$ for and told me to keep them. I don't want them!! Don't buy from them.

What a scam, never order from these people!!! Placed order a month ago never received and can't get no tracking information from them. I have emailed them several times and there response is it's on the way but won't give me tracking confirmation, and they won't refund me my money back. What a joke, should have known better then to order from Facebook.

This was one of the worst experiences I had and what a waste of money! I ordered the gray dressy sweater which looked beautiful in the picture. It was ripped with holes and apart at the seams. That was the worst I ever had. And how they would wrap something up in a plastic bag that was torn is beyond me. I would never order from this company again! Take your money elsewhere!

I bought 4 sweaters. They were not of the quality at all represented on their website. The fabric is cheap and the quality is very poor. One of the sweaters had white spots on it from uneven dying process. The other sweater had seems that were sewn unevenly causing one half of the sweater to bunch up and hang very loosely on the other side. The other had buttons that were hanging and ready to fall off. Gabrini refused to give me a refund.

Shipping took a long time. Poor quality; poor customer service; just like all the reviews below state. Returns should be allowed; they only offer $12 for a return because "shipping is expensive"? Still waiting to hear what their return address is. Don't buy from anyone advertising on FB is what I say!!

I ordered over $300 of product from this company about 2.5 months ago and never received my merchandise. Tracking said that a label was created on 11/6 but they still never received items. I have requested a full refund. We’ll see how that goes. Stay away! I noticed that their ads are no longer coming up in my FB feeds. This has tainted me from ever being impulsive with a FB pop up ad again
