The clothing by quality is poor and fit is not accurate. Customer service is basically non-existent and ads claim to be made in Indiana, but they are made overseas.

I purchased this sweater because I loved the color. However, I've never seen such a poorly made sweater. It stretched out the first time I wore it. After checking the website, I noticed they would not return it if it was worn. So I thought, "What the heck," I'll try washing and shrinking it. I put it in a mesh laundry bag, washed it in cold water, and put it in the dryer. It actually didn't fall apart--which was what I thought would happen. Maybe I'll wear it again. But overall, the sweater was poorly made. Also, there are no labels sewn in the sweater explaining washing instructions, what fabric it is made of, etc. I'd skip purchasing this sweater.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered 2 sweaters on 10/26, received a shipping notice on 11/4, when I noticed the tracking had not been updated after a week, I sent an email inquiring as to status, received a response on 11/17 saying not to worry that is was en route although tracking never updated. Finally received package on 12/13, SEVEN weeks after ordering! Sweaters were cheaply made with loose threads and the necklines of each one were misshapen. I spent $91 and ended up donating both after reading their policy on shipping and returns. Can not believe that the positive reviews on this site are made by actual customers. I should have read their policies prior to ordering.

It says USA but these items come from china and took 3 months to receive and all of the items did not come.

Absolute garbage. Stay far far away. The sweater looked nothing like the picture, the customer service was weird and and I had to haggle over the return amount. It was a terrible experience with an even worse product.

This is a scam company. I ordered $97 worth of clothes on November 17th. It took two and half weeks for them to email me that my package was "shipped". It is now January 2nd and I still have not received it. Every time I email them asking for a refund, I get "it is on the way, please give us a few more days." I have told them numerous times, I don't want to give them a few more days, I want a refund on an order I never received. I can not get my money back from them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM! I ordered sweaters two months ago and have received nothing. They will not give me a refund because they say that the order was shipped. It was "shipped" on November 29, with no additional information on tracking. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! It has been the worst customer experience ever.

The site advertised items made in the US with a full refund option. None of that is true. Items are made in China, they do not give a refund unless you pay to ship back to China. This website is fraudulent and needs to be taken down.
