Nice clothing and fits well

This was my first Gabrinl purchase and I am generally happy with the items. The quality of the jacket and pants I bought is very good. The shirt and dress are nice, but not exactly what I thought I was getting. The shipping is slow and tracking never worked, but that's not a big deal as long as it gets to me, which it did.

The prices were great. The clothes were a good quality, however the photos did not accurately depict the type of material. I bought a button-up hoodie thinking it would be a thick, warm material but it was lightweight and silky.

I received my order and discovered that there was an item I did not order and one of my items was missing. I emailed customer support and got a reply a day or so later. After answering a few questions and sending some information to them They were kind enough to offer either a refund for the missing item or to resend it. I opted to have it resent. I have not received it yet but feel it will be the correct item. I appreciate the customer service team taking care of this issue. The items I received that were correct are beautiful. I am happy that I purchased them and will shop with them again

Online ads are notorious for making the item look AMAZING compared to what you actually receive. Since the jacket was relatively inexpensive and I intend to modify and embellish it anyway, I decided to give it a try. The jacket came in exactly as pictured, fully lined and well constructed. The material used was not the highest quality, but better than I expected. The only thing to be careful of when ordering: I am 5’6” and 125lbs. I ordered the medium, and the sleeves are about an inch shorter that I would like. I don’t know if the large would have solved the sleeve length or just made the shoulders and body too “boxy.” I’m planning on re-working the sleeves anyway so not a problem for me, but be sure to double check measurements before you order.

everything was great, but if there is some room for improvement: more communication in the delivery process. it took quite a while for the items to be moved to the mail carrier and even then there was no alert that the items had actually shipped. but all in all a great experience.

I ordered two items and after not receiving the order within one month, I e-mailed the company. I was told that one item was out of stock. I could wait for the second item to arrive, or they could cancel the second item and ship the first item immediately. I chose to cancel the second item and the first did ship very quickly. I love the item, I wish the infrastructure at the company was a little more robust: reach out to me with options if an item is out of stock.

I ordered a M, received Small, which surprisingly worked out ok. (5’2, 135#). It fits perfectly. I LOVE the style. I thought the fabric would be different, thicker.
