Scam!!!! Beware do not fall for this company!! The garments are not as pictured the quantity is so cheap, the fit horribly, and refuse to accept returns. Customer service is offering $12 refund and I can keep the items, I asked why they would not accept return and they claim the freight is too high, if I pay the freight they will accept the return. I will be taking this further! Keep you posted! SCAM company! Beware!!

I should have reviewed these reviews before ever buying anything!!! I hate the dresses! But worse - they accept NO returns unless there is a “quality” issue!!! That is NOT OK! “No one” does that for clothes. Such a SCAM!!! Will share my review for Gabrinl on every social media I can!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered 3 dresses based on their size chart. One fit nicely and the other two were way too tight across the bust line. I tried to return the other two and they will not accept the returns. Their website states they honor returns within 30 days due to defects or quality issues. I would think this is a quality issue! They also promote that they are a company out of South Carolina...this is a lie! Do NOT order anything from this company.

Don’t waste your money! My order took over a month to be delivered, only for one of the two dresses to be completely unlike the picture. It was a different cut and color. I asked three people to look at the picture they advertised and then the actual dress, and none of them could believe they tried to pass it off as the same thing. Buyer beware!

I know better than to buy clothes from a “new” company without checking reviews first. Clothes took forever to arrive and fit horribly. I wanted to return and they are not allowing me to return and receive a refund. It’s 2024 - everyone should offer returns/refunds if they’re a legit business.

You could improve by not lying that your clothes are made in South Carolina when it says Made in China on the package. You can improve your shipping time. But most of all, you should have a return policy!! This is such a scam business!

I ordered three items and I want to return them. The reason is that the clothes are totally different. They are not look at all same with the photos and the quality is so cheap. I am trying to return them and their answer was the follow: “Dear customer: We only offer free return for quality problem, not for all returns. We are really sorry our item do not meet your expectation, we can refund US$15 for your order as compensation, can you keep items? Anything we can do for you, Please feel free to contact us …..gabrinl. Do not order anything from that site. It Is a scam
