Purchased 3 dresses and they were nothing like the pictures. Completely different material and cut. Requested a return and like previous reviewers they tried offering me partial refund to keep. I explained I wouldn’t wear their poorly made product and expected a full refund. They gave me an address to return to which I had to pay $11 in shipping. When I followed up after return was delivered they refund my original amount minus $15 stating that was their shipping cost. I’ve asked for proof of their cost which they have yet to provide. I will be disputing the $15 with PayPal and my cc. Do NOT buy anything from this dishonest company.

I ordered 2 dresses. The fit was nothing like the photo or the description. They fit like sacks. When trying to find out how to return them, I couldn't connect with their customer service. No phone number, and the web address they give for customer service, didn't connect to them. Also, their return policy states you may only return item if there is a quality issue, or a defect. They will not accept returns for poor fit. Lesson learned, $95 later. I didn't realize the product is from China. Very misleading.

Add myself to the list of scammed buyers. Never Again! Ordered three dresses (sized up) as they appeared like pieces I could wear to work as the weather begins to change. Once arrived, these dresses were cut oddly, did not fit well in the bust area and are unlined. Being unlined is not a deal breaker most often, though two of the three dresses were white or off white so would require a slip. In any case, in requesting a refund upon the return shipping of all three dresses, I was told only $14 of my $94 purchase can be refunded. It is an actual scam and a disappointment. I typically am better about researching a new company like this prior to purchase and have learned my lesson. Buyer Beware - this company is a SCAM.

Poor customer service. I ordered 5 dresses for a total of $183.55. All were the same size. 2 of the 3 items are cut oddly. I have requested a way to return the 2 dresses, and I have been offered a mere $18 for $71 of useless to me merchandise.

Sadly the dress style didn't work for my body. They offer to send a different size if I pay shipping, but will not switch styles. Too bad, there are a lot of cute things but knowing it can't be exchanged is a deal breaker for me.

Buyer beware! Took 3 weeks for this order to arrive and yes the postmark is from China even though their website says South Carolina. Clothing is really cheap. One dress looked nothing like the picture - cheap material, no drape, just a sack. The shirts were poorly cut, square at the bust and snug at the hips. And of course now begins the long slog to try to return anything - which I'm reading about all over this site. Can't believe I fell for this when it showed up on on my Facebook feed. Should have been obvious.

I ordered sizes by their recommendations and the top fit like a dress and the dress fit like a tent. I said I would ship back the items and asked for a refund. They said they were in Asia and it would be too expensive and then offered me $11 when I paid $82. This is such a scam. Buyer beware! Their website says 30 day money back guarantee and that they have warehouses in SC, USA, so why Asia?

This company is not based in the US like it claims. You cannot return defective clothing. The customer service to total crap. This company is a scam all around. Do not order from them.
