I haven't received my order. I don't know where I should begin to trace it but I am very annoyed and disappointed that it has not arrived.

Website states: 30 Days EASY return/exchange. I have been fighting for over a week for them to authorize a return. There has been nothing easy about this order - it took over a month to receive. Also, if you hit, unhappy - it does not take you to do a review. So the reviews are not accurate.

Do NOT BUY from this company. I received my order two months after I paid, the fabric is cheap, they’re horribly made, and they look nothing like the photos. I reached out to customer service and they said they do not send refunds only exchanges for “damaged” items. So note - make a hole in something before you ask for a refund. $100 worth of trash - and I do not like to leave negative reviews, but I also want to protect you from spending your hard earned money on cheap products from China. I thought I would give them a shot as I did read the return policy first, but they refuse to honor it. Don’t chance it.

WARNING:SCAM! This company lied about clothes made & shipped from South Carolina-it’s made & shipped from Asia. Typical polyester crap. Fighting with them for a full refund - they are offering $7 refund on a $54 dress. Don’t do it!

Purchased 3 dresses. Shipping was later than scheduled but items arrived. Sizing and fabric is not as expected and the dresses are not usable by me. I'm having trouble returning....company says their return facility is Dubai. So far, company is offering less than 50% refund. This after multiple emails back and forth. Anyone successful recently in a refund?

Ordered several items and was lead to believe they should arrive in approximately two weeks, but they did not. They provided tracking information that was defunct and when I reached out to them, via email, they told me my items would arrive the following week, which they never did- nor did they update my tracking information per my request to do so! This exact same song and dance has now been going on for six weeks thus making the events I was planning to wear the items I bought to long gone. Still won’t provide tracking info that works and still hav not receivedmy item. They’ve not once reached out to let me know why it’s been over six weeks without receiving my order. I’d say avoid at costs as the frustration this order provided is not something anyone should have to endure! Finally cancelled my order today. One positive for the company- they refunded my money quickly which leads me to believe that this may be the norm for them. They claim to be in S.C., but this “imported from China” written ALL over it!

Cheaply made dress...nothing like the photo. No returns whatsoever. Do not waste your time or money.
