Their website states you get free return shipping. I have an item that does not fit and I’m trying to return it and they’re trying to compensate me seven dollars to get me to keep it and a second email said they’ll give me $12 to keep it. I want to return my item as it is not something that fits me and that I will wear, but they are making it very difficult to return this item. I’m getting annoyed with their haggling.

I waited 4-5 weeks for the 3 dresses to arrive and found them to be very big (I ordered size S) and the fabric very cheap. When I inquired about the return, the communication was again, very slow, and the offered only $35 return price for a $92 purchase due to shipping costs to Dubai, yet they said I had to cover shipping the return?? Garments are marked as made in China, returns must be sent to Dubai - this company is not convenient for US shoppers

I hope to receive a return address label. The sweater I ordered looked nothing like the picture on FB and the sizing was off. I ordered a small, which I typically wear, and this sweater was huge. I was extremely disappointed and hope they step up with their customer service. I will not ever order from this company again.

I placed an order on the 9/12. After 2 weeks I hadn’t heard or received anything and asked whether my item would arrive prior to Christmas. I was then told (only because I made contact) that an item was unavailable and would I like to wait or send the other items. This was after 3 emails asking if I could swap it for another item. I finally received 3 items after Christmas and still have not received my refund for the item they could not provide. I then asked if I could exchange some items due to sizing and they want me now to pay shipping?? I am so disappointed. Would never use this company again

If I could give 0 stars, I would! This place is a scam. They say you get free shipping BUT if you return anything they then apply $14.99 shipping and only give you a partial refund. They DO NOT disclose this on their website. Also, they hassle you about returning items even though website says hassle free. It took me almost 30 days to get them to agree to take my order back. This is NOT an american company. The clothes are cheap. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Wish I had read your reviews before purchasing a $49 dress. Total rip off! Garbage material, no nametag on the dress. says made in USA on site. Plastic package says made in China. This is a scam . Substandard clothing , very small. Wear a medium American bought 3 larges. Sent 2 larges which I can’t get on and 1 small. $107.00. Keep them and we will refund $19.00. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - clothes are substandard and only slightly resemble the images posted on line. They make their money by 'offering you to keep the items for a refund of a fraction of the price because postage to return them is around $40'. Don't do it!
