Do not buy clothes from this company if you expect any kind of a refund if you do not like the clothes you get. I ordered two dresses and two tops that looked very nice on the AI generated models, but what I got in reality was very poorly made. The material of the dress was made out of constantly gave me static electricity shocks from the moment I put it on until I took it off and the colors that you see online are not the colors that you get when you order the item I’ve purchased clothes through SHEIN and even though I haven’t always liked everything I purchased I didn’t feel I was being ripped off because I never paid more than $10 per item. The refund Graninl offered was a fraction of what I paid for these items. If they had offered me a full refund, I would not be writing this review, but I will never buy anything from their website again.

I ordered from Gabrinl after seeing a Facebook ad that indicated the products were made in the USA in South Carolina. After waiting a few weeks for the items, when they arrived, they were in bags with stickers that said they were made in China. The color of the sweater was nothing like the color online. Their website states they offer free returns. When I requested a return, customer service indicated I could only return the items if they were damaged. I would not recommend this company.

Don’t bother. Still waiting for my dresses after 3 weeks. I emailed customer service and they didn’t respond for 13 days. They need to get off Facebook feed.

I ordered from this company on February 7th. I have yet to receive a tracking number or any information. I should have checked reviews first. Does anyone know how to get in contact with them?

BUYER BEWARE! Their website says made in North Carolina. However, it took 5 weeks to get my items. Plus when I went through all the haggling the return address is Dubai, not North Carolina. The clothes are nothing like what is pictured on their web site. I was offered $12 to keep the item, then $36 and now $50. The clothes don’t fit well, the sweater had a pull in the chest and the 2 piece set was super shiny with cheap lace sewn on the sleeves. Also the top had a gusset down the side, which to me looked like they did it to convert one size to another. After several weeks I got the return address—Dubai—NOT North Carolina and they say I have to pay shipping.

I ordered 3 items a month ago and have not received them. I have reached out and gotten no response. Im very disappointed because the items look great. I will be asking for a refund through my credit card.

BEWARE. Never received my order. I kept emailing them and they continued to tell me it would be here next week. It's been 8 months and still no order. I have been asking for a refund, but they refused. Had to call my credit card company.
