Thank you so much for the kind words and five-star review. Everyone on our team was delighted to help with the birthday peonies and roses for your daughter in New York City. We try our best to get all orders through promptly and work often with the larger buildings in the Chelsea and High Lines areas. We hope you might think of us in the future when you need to order flower delivery in NYC!

Dear Melanie, Thank you for letting us know and we regret to hear you were disappointed with your arrangement. The style you ordered is a popular one with many clients and generally receives strong reviews. We also are sorry to hear you felt it was not as large as you had hoped. As a luxury florist with higher-end pricing, we hand arrange all styles using premium flowers and our price points are indeed generally above those of neighborhood florists. We try our best to deliver the freshest and highest quality flowers with unique styling. Again our apologies that you had hoped for something larger or different. Very best, The Team at Gabriela Wakeham
