I was super disappointed with the…
I was super disappointed with the quality of the flowers, they were in a wilted state and I feel badly that the sender paid for them, the "arrangement" looks nothing like the photos on the web site. Makes me want to cry.

You’ve left your review anonymously and haven’t contacted us directly (which seems suspicious - are you a competitor playing a dirty trick?) so we are unable to contact you. This was extremely disappointing
This was extremely disappointing. I wanted a big beautiful arrangement--which was sent as a 'thank you' gift. What I got was an arrangement no larger than 7 or 8 inches across, and the entire thing could be held in one hand. For $200 I expected a lot more. It made a bad impression and also looked like a less-than-sincere thank you.

As a luxury florist with higher-end pricing, we hand arrange all styles using premium flowers and our price points are indeed generally above those of neighborhood florists.
