G5 have abandoned players of The Secret Society! Clearly not making enough money from it anymore! Telling players to turn to their other games which are all rubbish and so artificial.

I have played Secret Society for many years. All of a sudden there was no new event. I emailed the company and they replied that there will not be any new events. They are concentrating their resources on their newer games. I was disappointed that they are treating long time supporters of this game with such disregard to our feelings.

The game froze up and would not let me log in to play. I had just purchased $100.00 worth of jewels. I let G5 know about the problem and was told they were working on it and would have it fied soon. It has been 5 months and I have heard nothing from them nor have they refunded my money. Don't trust them. They have turned out to be sammers.

I've left critical reviews in the past, and they were well-deserved, so when they do something above and beyond, it's only fair to credit that, too. My progress on Hidden City suddenly stopped and I lost eveything I'd done over about 4 months--it was disastrous. G5 tech support searched their archives and were able to restore my game to about 99% of where I should be--in other words, almost perfect! So thank you, tech support, and enjoy the well-earned compliment!

Ads on top of ads. After completing a step during game play, there will sometimes be a G5 add advertising another one of their games. Recently, however, there has been ads on top of the G5 ads, typically for Acrobat AI or some other third party. Is it not enough to interrupt play with your own ads but you now must have to sit through 2 sets of ads running simultaneously with each other before you can continue to play? Time to quit G5.

Worst company games ever. The games are terrible . Low quality. The support is useless . Not help in nothingh/\. Teh may priority is the money. The no create games for fun . But for money. My advice is . Stay away of they games.

Your games stink! They freeze in the middle of the games, POOR RESPONSE TIME, POOR LOADING TIME IF IT LOADS AT ALL, double collect for "turns" used! Fails to reward! Fails to function during the games. YOU NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT CAN ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEMS! I put the date for today; but these screw ups in your games HAPPEN ALL THE TIME!

I have enjoyed playing the Secret Society Hidden Mystery game for many years. I have noticed some players have extremely high scores and they did not know why this occurred. This is discouraging to other players. Thank you for being responsive to my questions and when I needed assistance. Can you advise why this situation occurs for some and not all of us?
