I first ordered (and paid for) a pistol with a magazine capacity that isn't allowed in my state, without realizing it. They were nice enough to allow me to cancel my order, as opposed to making take a gun that was going to have to be shipped without any mags. I soon ordered a pistol that WAS "legal". And the turnaround was great.
