Confident in the quality of the G4Free product.
Previously I have purchased 4 pair of the G4Free pants and have found the product quality to be very good. I recently purchased the shorts but the sizing was smaller.I returned the 2pair of shorts in exchange for a larger size and while the process was a little slower than normal I am very happy with the exchange.

Thank you for your continued trust in G4Free! We appreciate your patience with the exchange process and are glad the new size worked out. We’ll also share your sizing feedback with our product team. 🤍

The return policy is terrible
The return policy is terrible, I bought 2 pants and decided to keep 1 and when I brought it to the post office the delivery fee they imposed was over 17 dollars the cheapest delivery fee, I knew I had to pay to sent back but 17 dollars on a 33 dollars pants it outrageous! Definitely not shopping with this store anymore!

We’re sorry that the return shipping cost caused such a frustrating experience. We understand your concern, especially considering the price of the item. Please send us your order number or order email privately so our team can review the situation and see how we can help.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You !
Love, love, love all 3 colours (so far!) of my Evergoing Loose High-Waist Business Casual Pants. They are very comfortable, hold their shape and are stylish. I also find they do a good job of concealing panty lines. I am 6'tall and so pleased they come in a 35" inseam.
Response from G4FreeSep 22, 2026
Thank you so much for your amazing support! We’re thrilled that you love the comfort, fit, and style of your Evergoing pants—and that the 35-inch inseam works perfectly for you. We truly appreciate you! 🤍

Returns are a nightmare.
The company's return policy is horrible and their customer service is just as bad. They only allow returns for a fraction(25%) of the cost I paid. They allow an exchange but I don't want an exchange. It took me at least 10 emails to find this out. I should be able to return for a full refund. Stay away!
Response from G4FreeSep 22, 2026
We’re truly sorry for the frustration and the difficulty you experienced while trying to arrange a return. Please send us your order number or order email privately, and our team will review your case and help find a suitable resolution as soon as possible.

Exceeded My Expectations
The bags I bought are high quality, affordably priced and were shipped and delivered quickly. They even gave me a discount due to the bag I originally ordered was out of stock! I will definitely be buying from them again!
Response from G4FreeSep 22, 2026
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We’re so glad you’re happy with the quality, value, and delivery experience. We truly appreciate your understanding regarding the out-of-stock item and look forward to serving you again! 🤍
