I asked to make an exchange for another product, since the item I ordered didn't suit my style. Unfortunately, the company doesn't offer exchanges for personal reasons such as this. However, I was grateful that they offered me the opportunity to receive an alternate product! I appreciate the assistance from the customer service.

I placed my first order, got the items fairly quickly but unfortunately I got the wrong size. I emailed their service department and though it may have taken a few days back and forth, I did get a reply and I did get resolution, we are doing an exchange for items shipped in error. What I did get was good quality material and I am looking forward to the correct sizes coming. I already have a pair of these pants I love and wanted to get them in a couple other colors.
