Fytoo fixed their mistake

Glasses are so cute! My prescription is perfect. Super affordable and easy to purchase.

I'm a new customer of FYTOO and I'm so impressed with everything! I've been ordering a lot of glasses from another website in China for 15 years and FYTOO blows them away with service, shipping and quality! The website is excellent and the ordering process is so easy. The product is not only high quality but the styles are so edgy and good looking. Bravo FYTOO!!!!

My first experience with ordering prescription glasses online and it was a great experience. Stylish and functional. Will order again.

I purchased progressive glasses with FYTOO, my initial order was moving very fast. At customs there was a problem. I reached out to FYTOO through email and Kelly responded quickly. Without hesitation they initiated a new order and expedited it, they also said if I happen to receive the other order I should keep those as well. They have a stylish collection of glasses with affordable lenses. I will definitely order again. Thank you Kelly for all your help.

Great Service Got my sunglasses, but they didn't look good on me. I emailed customer service, and after a few days of back-and-forth (mostly due to the time difference), Nancy from the Support team was able to help resolve it. Will definitely buy another pair.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first... Buying prescription glasses online, but I have now bought 8 pair of glasses from FYTOO and I love them. Their customer service has been exceptional as well. I highly recommend FYTOO for your next pair of glasses. You won't be disappointed.

Honestly, I love the frame and the varieties that they are having. Also, the best part is that Customer Care Support. They are very very responsive and if you send email they keep track of everything overall I love it. And definitely wanna use it for my future orders
