Amazing customer experience
The customer services from Fytoo was amazing. The local logistics company that was supposed to deliver my glasses lost my order and didn’t bother contacting me. I had to make too many calls and even went in person to the warehouse to find out my parcel was missing. When I contacted the Fytoo support team Kelly was more than helpful. She ensured me that a my order would be resent and sent through express shipping so that I wouldn’t have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. She was very timely in responding to my emails, very professional, and empathetic to my situation.
