Hello. This is David, previously and legally known as Dave J Forjan. But since the Baptism on 11/11/17 in the Indian River at Sand Point Park in Titusville Florida at 5pm when God became my Father, I am just David now. I thank you FYTOO for this wonderful package with my wonderful new FYTOO glasses. And for caring so much that you emailed me to ask if everything was OK. Better than OK. The glasses are great. They are beautiful. They are obviously of high quality and strong. If they break it will surely be my fault (I can be rough with things :) They fit very well. And with the extras you included, I feel like I received a gift box, like a Bark Box :) I am just as thrilled with the extras you included. Like the pretty bag to hold and protect them. And the nice effective cleaning cloth. And the very nice small screwdriver for eye glasses. And the rope thing to hang them around my neck. And nice packaging. That was very thoughtful and considerate and generous. I especially appreciate the excellent quality of your products - and your thoughtfulness. It is not often nowadays that I am pleasantly surprised by a purchase, but I am with this purchase. Thank you. And as you have obviously learned, offering customers quality always benefits everyone. And it speaks volumes about who each of us are as individuals :) God our Father graciously taught me to hear him. Father privileges me further by allowing me to let him speak through me. Glasses are exactly as pictured. Prescription perfect. Needed one pair shipped to another state…… they got it done quickly and easily! Great customer service by Mirelle! Bought 3 pair for same total as one locally at eye ware place.

Fytoo has an excellent support team. They’re extremely helpful and friendly making solving any problems easy. I’m impressed how well designed their website is; allowing for users to easily navigate. It also helps that the glasses are so chic. I’m waiting excitedly next to the mailbox!

I'm writing this review was high appreciation with last order. There was a mix-up with my last prescription. After noticing the the situation, I contacted customer service about the issue and they responded with positive response. I will continue using FYTOO for eye wear.
