30 Day Runaround
Item received defective, and was given a 30day return window. Simply wanted to exchange the frames+lenses. Was told that the frames were hand painted which is why they didn’t look like the photo advertised. Offered a 20% discount, but will refuse in exchange for a full refund. ***After receiving a reply, I have not been offered an exchange, despite the advertised easy return/exchage. The company wants me to pay for the return of the product, without a paid label. This is more than the cost of the product (about $99). The company is based out of China and communicates through email, which makes it hard to reach a quick solution. If possible, refrain from ordering unless if you’re ok with eating the costs
