ATTENTION! All customer service teams, take note! FYTOO's team is THE example of exceptional customer service. From the initial interaction with a constant contact (Rita) who promptly responded to all inquiries, including those that were high maintenance, to the regular updates on the order and the attention to detail that even caught and corrected my mistake, saving me money.
