I paid for expediated shipping, still haven't gotten my glasses yet! Then they are saying I didn't pay for expediated shipping! I have my receipt just like they do! Easier to go to a local shop bc by the time you add your scripts etc, it’s the same price & YOU DO NOT END UP WAITING 30 DAYS & 30 NIGHTS TO SEE!!! FAST FORWARD TO THEIR REPLY!! I can’t make this up now I have to call ONCE AGAIN TO HELP THEM FIND MY DAMN ORDER!! I just want my glasses!!!! UPDATE THEY WENT OUT TODAY SET TO DELIVER 2/9 I ordered 1/18 . What was the use in me paying addtl money for business shipping!!!

After reading other customers review of Fytoo I am no longer surprised. I ordered 3 glasses from 3 different companies from China, I received 2 already it is only this Fytoo that has not delivered. I have been tracking my order through the tracking number provided for the past 9 days now, it has been showing awaiting warehouse pickup. I wrote an email to customer service they said it is Chinese holiday delaying shipment. Still 3 days later no shipment. But my question is are the 2 other companies not Chinese?

Never refunded my money or sent my glasses after several attempts to reach out, DO NOT BUY if your merchandise does not arrival they WILL NOT replace or refund.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses on 12/26, it's 1/27 I'm still waiting on my shipment. I emailed customer service, they told me I need to call customs because that where it is. I said I don't work for FYTOO. I requested a full refund, told them to deal with customs. They said they can't issue a refund because the items already shipped. I called my CC company and they are taking care of it now. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I ordered glasses back in late November. Mid Dec they were delivered... to California, no Connecticut. Hey,they both begin w C. 3 + weeks of excuses, days waiting for customs in Cali...they sent me a free dog whistle & charged me $6 for a cheap lanyard I had ordered instead of throwing it in for inconvenience. Do yourself a huge favor, shop elsewhere

Worst experience of my life. I ordered glasses on dec29 and it’s already jan25 I still don’t have it.at first costumer service was good but now they don’t even answer the phone.they don’t even have answers and blame everything on logistics company.NEVER order from them.every response is that it will be shipped next week(I got this response last 4 weeks).they don’t even make a refund and are refusing to give any information about anyone who can give me more answers.they just make fun of their costumers.

Horrible experience. The glasses I ordered five weeks ago were very expensive and haven’t shown up. Their customer service group has only paid lip service to the issue. They send canned responses and nothing is done to resolve the problem. Do not do business with this company. About the chatbot response this company posted below: Complete BS. They've been spewing the same non-answer excuses for weeks. Again, avoid this company. They ripped me off. UPDATE (2/4/2023): The glasses still haven't shown up. My numerous attempts to get a straight answer from this company via email net useless, robotic responses. No one ever answers their customer service line; when you leave a message and ask them to call you back they never do. I've sent over twenty emails and have left five voice messages. And I still have nothing but aggravation to show for my time and money. HORRIBLE COMPANY! UPDATE (2/8/2023): Despite daily inquiries this company's customer service department refuses to help me and will not respond to my request for a refund. I just initiated a fraud claim through my credit card company. UPDATE (2/9/2023): Instead of glasses I received a yellow rubber drink coaster worth about eight cents tops. In other words, I was completely scammed. This company is a fraud. I am working with my bank to get a refund, but don't make the same mistake I did. DO NOT SEND THESE SCAMMERS ANY MONEY. Update (2/17/2023): After what seemed like the email equivalent of trench warfare--ten or more heated exchanges since my 2/9 update--I finally pried a refund out of these clowns. If they rip you off too, keep after them. Maybe you'll get lucky.

I spotted multiple stolen designs from THEO eyewear and Tom Ford on their website. It looks like they're a Chinese company working with wholesalers such as Noble Eyewear to purchase frames cheap and sell at a markup. For example they're selling a $11.90 frame on Noble's website for $36.95, which is 3 times the price. I would avoid them. They'll probably get shut down due to all the copyright infringements.
