Convoluted Return Process
Edit: I recommend anyone looking for new frames to save yourself the trouble and buy from literally any other company. Even after asking directly multiple times, they still refuse to give me any address to make a return. After I posted this original review, they tried to get me to edit/delete it by bribing me with "free" glasses (which I told them multiple times I didn't need). I had originally just wanted to return the glasses because I thought they didn't suit me. They are clearly not listening to my requests, and the emails are canned responses that talk in circles. ------- The process of returning a product is convoluted and the process feels kind of suspicious. There is no easy way to return products and they imply that it will be timely and expensive, even if the glasses ordered are non-prescription frames only. After multiple emails, the support team has avoided giving me clear information on how to make a return and receive a refund--delaying the process, likely in hopes that the 30-day return window will lapse--and instead insist on giving me a 20-30% off coupon instead.

We sincerely apologize for your unpleasant experience and the misunderstanding caused. Our glasses have a thirty-day warranty, if the problem with the glasses is raised within this period, your glasses all enjoy the 30 days warranty, and the time taken to resolve the problem will not shorten the 30-day warranty time. We're sorry that return applications that are raised because of non-quality issues can not be reimbursed. To avoid the unnecessary cost for you, our customer service agent offered you other solutions. We're sorry that the solution didn't get your satisfaction. To better assist you, we have sent you an email. Please kindly check our email in your mailbox or spam folder. Thanks for your understanding.
