I ordered my first pair of glasses at FYTOO. Unfortunately, the Rx was off so vision clarity wasn't right. They walked me through the refund process via email and at the end, I was told to give them a 5 star review, copy it and send it to them prior to the refund. I suggested the refund first, but they said this is how they do it.

I have received excellent and quick service with FYTOO. Especially with a glasses replacement.

I had an issue with the glasses that occurred during shipping. I immediately contacted customer support. After I sent pictures and the problem was verified, Nancy took care of my situation and is sending a replacement pair of glasses free of charge. FYTOO customer support is great!!! Thank you.
