WHOEVER READS THIS YOU'RE LUCKY! I had a terrible experience at this Fytoo glasses business. Those glasses came from Taiwan and it took forever to delivery. The staff was unhelpful and make me feel they are scammers. Once you paid for glasses they would not want you to return or exchange. I was reget and very disappointed to cooperated and business with Fytoo. I would not recommend that for anyone. First of all, the information of the contact if you try to call, they won't respond. Only last thing you hear is robot automatic response. The glasses Fytoo looks on the photos are really nice but once you received that will makes you disappointed. The product doesn't meet as the expectation. To return. Don't even think about that. They won't let you to return unless you willing to pay for shipping over the sea and repacking by yourself. They will consider and convince you to do to fix the glasses by yourself. Finally, please forget about this Fytoo business. Don't make my mistake as me. This is a warning for you.
