I won’t order from Fytoo again. Materials are cheap and flimsy. Although the prescription for one of the two pairs I ordered was filled properly, the second was not. When I asked about an exchange or refund, I got a runaround instead. Edited to add: The company refused to take action on a refund/exchange unless I retracted my review. DO NOT shop with them!

I took the measurements. Glasses should’ve fit my face as my previous pair had the same measurements. They were large and kept sliding down. I emailed support for a refund, they tried to get me to do an exchange after I explained I didn’t desire another pair of glasses due to inaccurate measurements and repeating this process they stopped responding to me. Update March 26: they responded to me AFTER I made this review. But listed in their reply they responded to me previously…. They did not care to be responsive until I left a negative review

Order took way too long to process and be delivered . I was out of the country when the arrived. I paid extra to have them rushed , which was a waste of money. A family member brought them to me in Europe in March and the prescription is not accurate ! Now I am out the cost of glasses plus shipping and they are unusable! Unable to return them , as I am in Europe until May but lesson learned that i will never order from this site again and will express this opinion on social media whenever possible.

Therefore it is a matter for you to deal with. I remain a very unhappy customer. --Original Trustpilot Review-- Terrible. I purchased a pair of glasses from Fytoo in the past and the experience was the subject of another Trust Pilot reviews. I most recently purchased glasses in January 2024. When I opened the glasses, one of the lenses looked to be damaged — it looked like a fingerprint on the coating. I wrote to Fytoo customer service stating “this is a serious quality issue. I need them to be replaced with glasses that are in perfect condition when I get them. What’s should I do?” In short, they asked for pictures which I supplied and promised a replacement. Then came this “when I started to generate the price difference link, I found that it didn't work cause there was a bad review on Trustpilot. Once it is there, your order status is abnormal, and we can't generate the link or new order for you. Could you please kindly delete or modify the review to 5-star so that we could process this for you as soon as possible?” My response was: “No. I am not going to be coerced into changing an accurate review of your previous service. In fact this tactic will get another extremely negative review from me.” They continued on 6 further occasions to make a simple request for a replacement conditional on me removing a Trust Pilot review. I still haven’t received a replacement pair of glasses.

Bought two glasses online but never received

It’s frustrating when a product doesn’t meet expectations, especially when dealing with quality and return policies All these five star reviews are from their employees. Same thing with the reviews on their website. Try leaving your review on the website the website will not allow any negative feedback. Take a look at several of the reviews and it’s exactly the same people with pictures of these glasses on them. You cannot tell me that every review and picture purchased all styles of glasses. You cannot leave a Google review. This should give everyone a red flag. These glasses do not fit the way description. If you attempt to exchange or get a refund you have to pay shipping back then shipping for the exchanged pair. This place is ridiculous. Their customer service is not even up pare. I will never order from this company again. Beware of the policies for returns. I’ll be buying from my optometrist.

Received (4) pair of glasses and all (4) pairs were filled out with the wrong proscription and they will not return or send replacement! I would not recommend ordering from this company and feel they scam their customer and quality of frames are equal to the dollar store merchandise! And remember then said I could return them for a refund but the representative said I would return them at my expense to get my refund, but they said to ship them back it would actually cost more than the glasses so they get to come and gone. This company is a real scam. Be careful.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with my lenses for a week and all they do is suggest new frames!
