At first it was a rocky start between Fytoo and myself. My glasses had gotten lost in translation. However the customer service rep via email was very understanding and helpful. And for that I'm grateful and very satisfied with both glasses I purchased from Fytoo..

I had a really good experience with Fytoo’s customer service. I had some concerns with my order, and their team was responsive, kind, and willing to help. They made the process easy and handled my issue professionally, which I really appreciated. It’s always reassuring when a company actually takes the time to listen and make things right. Based on the service I received, I would feel comfortable ordering from them again.

Ordered two pairs of progressive glasses on 5/02/26, and has been stuck processing in Indianapolis since 5/13/26. I contacted support and they’ve reissued the glasses with business shipping. Although I received an email that production may take longer than 10 days. Looking forward to finally getting my glasses. I love the styles offered but I’m not sure I’ll continue to use Fytoo because of the shipping issues; seems to be a common theme amongst the reviews.

I love the eyeglasses I bought from Fytoo but I was a little disappointed that they aren’t a perfect fit. So I reached out to customer service who said that although the frame sizing cannot be altered, they can send a replacement or exchange them for another frame ( one of the arms broke at the tip). I think the custom service is great- they were quick to respond once I emailed the correct email. As far as the fit is concerned, I plan to get some sleeves for the arms of the frames to see if that helps.
