Waiting for the solution of the problem

To whom it may concern: this is my review. One day, I realized that I needed new glasses. I wanted a particular color which would "not be available until the fall" I was told when I shopped around in storefront eyeglass places, so I waited until the fall to find new glasses. I looked at many locations for a month or two. No one really had the glasses I wanted. Unfortunately, I had car trouble -- I had to replace the transmission on my 2017 Nissan Rogue . This cost a lot of money, so had to wait a few more months before I had money to purchase new glasses. At work, one of my colleagues, KG, told me about this company that had glasses for sale online. He said that he had six or seven pair and that they were really inexpensive and really good. I thought, "well, I don't know. I usually go to a doctor and the optometrist office and get the eyeglasses fitted." He assured me that this company was really good and that I would be happy with my glasses. So I decided I would give them a try. Normally, my glasses cost almost $400 for the prescriptions, the blue light protection, etc, etc, Etc that I have with them, but with this company, I could have THREE PAIR of glasses for about that same price. So in February, I made my selection of three different pair of glasses that I would like to have using this online company. (Blue frames, clear frames, and that elusive orange frame that I really wanted) I waited for the day to arrive when my glasses would show up. [ I was told it might take 16 days.] When the glasses finally arrived, I almost did an unboxing ceremony -- which I think people my age do not do -- but I was so excited! Everywhere I went, I showed off all three pair of glasses to everyone who would any pay attention and told everyone about this wonderful company where you could get prescription eyeglasses for less money than we are used to. Everyone was astounded at how each frame had a different effect on how I looked. This was great! Unfortunately there was one problem: I have progressives and the bottom part of my glasses we're not quite right. All three of them the same. I spoke with the company and I sent them my prescription as requested. I called my doctor as they told me to. The doctor's office told me that sometimes the doctor put something at the bottom of the prescription that is slightly different from the part that was used to make the prescription glasses according to what was filled in on the order. The next step, I figured, was to ensure the company of the correction and have them remake the glasses with the same three frames that I had chosen. Unfortunately, the company was unable to do this, but they did offer me two new pair of glasses with the correction for only the cost of shipping and handling. ALL OF THE GLASSES LOOK FABULOUS! Unfortunately, I have three pair of glasses that I cannot read with. I can see distance, but I cannot open my combination locks at the gym or read pill bottles, Etc. Loved the glasses, but I paid for faster shipping and they came in even later than what the free shipping listed.

Good experience but my glasses are too wide on my nose and keep sliding down.

The glasses turned out nice and I can see out of them. However, it took entirely too long to arrive.

Quality glasses at a great price. Slow shipping is the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Glasses are Beautiful and the prescription was exactly the same Great job and everything was fast I recommend this company.
