I have ordered several pair of glasses from this company and for the most part I have been satisfied with the quality of the glasses and customer service. How ever I did have an issue with the incorrect prescription on one pair of glasses. I did reach out to to customer service and they responded quickly and allowed me to choose another pair of glasses for replacement. However when I received the glasses they came in damaged. I reached out to them once again they responded quickly always with in a few hours and they said that they would send out another replacement pair. It's been about 2 months and I still have not received them. So that was very disappointing.

I bought an extra pair of glasses and wanted to cancel immediately after delivery, but the supplier said I had to wait until delivery and then return the glasses. Which took 15 days to arrive. I had to pay £19 for postage, nearly half the cost of the glasses. Not worth the hassle. Since writing the review, Fytoo offered to refund the costs of postage and glasses.

Finally tried my glasses out and they are remarkable, I appreciate the quick response from Fytoo customer care when my glasses were not delivered the first time due to Fedex incompetence. Thanks again and will see you guys soon. Jackohango
