Color mix up
I ordered a pair of glasses and unfortunately, they arrived in the wrong color. I was initially pretty upset about the mix-up, but I have to say, the customer service team handled the situation incredibly well. They responded quickly, were very understanding, and gave me clear options to resolve the issue. Their professionalism and prompt attention really turned the experience around. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the customer service — they truly made things right

Falling between the cracks....
I like and enjoy how your company is set up for purchasing and shipping. Unfortunately, the glasses I recieved are nice but not quite what I thought I was ordering. This is not a complaint. I just imagined they would be different than what arrived. However, this is not a knock on your company because you sent a fine pair of eyeglasses. I do wish I had picked something different.

Great Size
My experience was great because the price was excellent and the fit was so good. I have a wide face so it's hard to find a good fit, but with the Custom size I found glasses that were right for me.

Good overall experience
Good overall experience. I think I may have just missed a step and or it was unclear whether or not the lenses were transitional or not. I definitely would have preferred transitional lenses, but these don’t appear to be the ones. Turnaround time was great, the prescription was correct and they were otherwise as advertise.

We apologize for the confusion about whether the lenses are transitional. Based on your description, the glasses you want is photochromic lenses. It’s a kind of lens that can automatically change its color according to the light. Photochromic lenses look like common lenses when you are indoors, but they will turn to darken if you go outside or to a brighter area. You could also see the glasses preview image when you pick the color for the transitions. We hope this is helpful for you to pick up your favorite glasses! Thanks for your support!

The selection of glasses is great
The selection of glasses is great, the website is simple to use. Customer service staffs are super nice and great; they are accommodating all I want to change to my order. However, 1 star reduced is the customer service channels are not intuitive. Phone numbers are not tailor to US customers, with very odd hour of service. The number never work for me. After I contact by the message system, I have to click on a link to go to support website, and the email link to connect to the support website go to my Spam folder. Once I login to the support website, it didn't remember my login information, so I have to retype it. Email chain response generated from the support website do not provide a link to go back, so I have to dig down in my thousand email to find the link again every time. The communication with the support staff needs to be multi-channel to make me easy to communicate with the company.

Great Quality and Good Service
The glasses frames were sturdy and the prescription was perfect, no experiences of slipping down my nose either. Team was polite and kind, but not as much as other eye glasses brands I’ve interacted with. Very nice experience overall.
