You could go to the frame's details page to find the try-on function entrance. After uploading your picture, you will be able to see what the frame looks like on you in advance. Because the try-on function doesn't show the actual size effect, to find the frames that suit you most, you could have a look at the dimensions of the frame, which are listed on the frame's details page, before ordering your glasses. When you felt this wasn’t suitable, we proposed a 15% refund of the purchase price, which we believe you agreed to at the time. When you want to get a full refund， according to our policy， we have to refund you after receiving the package that you returned. But to better accommodate your concerns, we discussed offering a 25% refund while allowing you to keep the glasses. If you still have any reservations about this option, please let me know.
