I would like to thank Summer for all her help in resolving a conflict that was on my end. Even tho the issue wasn't on her end, she still didn't hesitate to help resolve the matter. Summer you rock!

I am extremely happy with the amazing customer support I receive. Last year, I purchased six (6) pairs glasses. This year, my prescription changed so I will order new glasses. FYTOO frames are stylish, sturdy, modern, and comfortable. The glasses are of great quality. The customer support is top notch! I am always approached by persons asking about my FYTOO glasses. I will definitely recommend FYTOO glasses to anyone! Thanks to Kelly at FYTOO customer support for delivering the exceptional customer service. GIRL YOU ROCKG!!!!

I was unsure how the process would go for replacing a broken frame. Mia has been very helpful in explaining the steps and guiding me through the process. I had received a very quick response time and expect my issue to be resolved quickly.

The frames are so unique and I love them. They came in record time and I received so many compliments. One of the arms came off of my glasses and the support team handled my concern swiftly and replaced the glasses. I will definitely order more glasses.

I had a pair of glasses that lost a screw. Fytoo replaced my glasses with a new pair and sent me some extra screws should I lose another screw from these glasses. Totally satisfied with their handling of this situation.

My new FYTOO glasses fit great, work great, and look great. They're very light on my face. The construction is spot on. I couldn't be happier about them. I'm already looking at more styles to purchase
