FYTOOReviews of fytoo.com

Great communication, friendly and helpful. Really appreciate the great way you treat customers & help their purchase journey!

I’ve heard so many great reviews about fytoo! & They are so quick to respond as well! Keep up the great work you guys!

I’ve ordered multiple times from FYTOO but, this time my glasses didn’t have my RX correctly. This is the only issue I have ever had with them. I emailed customer support and was taken care of by Amy. She made getting a new pair so easy and fast. She was kind and cared about my experience with FYTOO. I recommend that if you want to be treated good to chose FYTOO.

Excellent service

Great customer service

I have purchased 3 pair of glasses from Fytoo now and all 3 pair have come in a timely manner, with a perfect prescription (those of us who wear glasses know not all companies who cut prescriptions are created equal. They triple check!) Their Guilded™ & Photochromic lenses with Ultimate Coatings on all three have lasted years with no scratches, cracks, etc. This is the ONLY place I will buy my prescription glasses because they're made of quality materials, make sure your order is right, and Customer Service is always quick to help if need be. I look forward to having a long-standing business relationship with purchasing all of my lenses from Fytoo from here on out! The bottom line is this, large selection of quality built frames with the industry's highest quality materials for the lenses and frames alike and customer service and time of delivery is spot on. They really care about the customer and the product is as good as it gets. It doesn't get any better than that.

Customer service is really great

Cool glasses options, amazing customer support! Nobody has these kinds of options.
