Love my glasses. Great communication throughout.

I ordered my first pair of glasses. I liked them so much when I saw them on a commercial. I like the blue frame I've never seen it anywhere else and my favorite color is blue. I received them in a decent amount of time they actually look better than I thought they did on a commercial.

FYTOO came through. My specs are delightful, they were packaged beautifully, the price was right + so was the experience. They also look FETCH. Fytoo for me. Fytoo for you!

Received and all was good!!! Realized one of nose pads was missing but luckily was sent with 2additional pads contacted you guys and waiting on some replacement pads

I loved everything is perfectly

Ordered 3 pairs, One pair for myself (readers) and 2 pair for my Wife (varifocals). Really good experience till they arrived! Wife's absolutely perfect but mine came with plain glass even though I provided a prescription!! Have contacted them via email 3 times, rang the number and left a voicemail as requested and also contacted them on FB messenger. Only reply I have received is on messenger asking me to check my junk folder!! I have now had to send my new glasses to another company in the UK to hopefully have prescription lenses fitted at my own extra expense. *******UPDATE ******* Since writing this review,I have been contacted by the company. Because of time difference, the email arrives at 05.00 UK time, which isn't a problem. Because I had already paid to have lenses put into the glasses in the UK, Fytoo have offered me another pair of the same glasses with the correct lenses and at a vastly reduced cost, which I have accepted. It did take a while but we have eventually sorted the problem and we will continue to use the company as customer service is great once they return your emails. Thank you.
