Thanks for your kind feedback! Frames and non-prescription glasses will be shipped within 12 hours after the order is placed. But prescription glasses need to be customized according to the prescription so that you can have a better wearing experience., so there will be one week of processing time. The order processing time is not included in the logistics time. Logistics time will depend on your choice of logistics method.
