Frames are great, problem is that when I was trying to get a lens out in the second frames because I reported that the frames I used for the lens for driving needed some adjustment I am not able to see well. Vivi at Fytoo informed me that I was going to be charged extra. I said no because if the frames I bought I was not satisfied with the quality why do I have to pay an extra $80.00? I will not purchase from here ever again.

Hello, Unfortunately the glasses do not allow me to see well at a distance, and for close-range reading I have to hold my phone at a very specific distance in order to see it. I tried to get used to the change, but it has been impossible.

Payment was accepted for an eyeglasses order, but no order confirmation, tracking, or proof of shipment was ever provided. The order did not appear in the company’s app, and customer service was unresponsive. The only communication occurred after I opened a PayPal dispute, and I was asked to close the dispute before any shipping proof was provided. PayPal reviewed the case and issued a refund due to lack of shipment verification. Delays happen, but basic order acknowledgment and communication were missing. Response to seller 1/4/26: PayPal reviewed and resolved this case due to lack of shipment verification. The seller only responded after the dispute was opened and asked that it be closed before providing assistance. Proof of payment was provided twice. If PayPal was able to prove by sending a statement that I was charged, then I should have automatically received a receipt as well as a tracking number. My review reflects this accurately.

I didn’t receive the correct pair of glasses and I have been communicating with someone through email and there hasn’t been any resolution yet. I would just like my money back and I will send the glasses back

I didn’t like shopping at Fytoo. I can’t see well with their glasses, and when I asked for consumer support, I didn’t receive any help. I do not recommend them.

The glasses are completely useless. I requested progressive lenses but the quality of the lens is really bad, especially because of a very limited clear vision zone, which makes the glass not only impossible but also very unsafe to wear. I have been using progressive lenses for years now and this is the first time this has happened. Therefore, I am not expecting to buy from you again.

Sent me glasses with a prescription that is not correct. Their idea for fixing this issue is a coupon code for 30% off or the option to pay to return them directly back to China (at my expense). They have an impressive amount of 5 star ratings from profiles with only 1 review. If they could spend their time producing an accurate product instead of botting TrustPilot or Reddit, maybe they wouldn’t have such awful reviews from real buyers. Save your money and buy your glasses from much more reputable sites like Zenni or Eyebuydirect; never had issue with either of them. Now cue the “I’m so sorry for your unfortunate experience!” seller comment left on all the negative reviews.

Poor customer service. Didn't receive my original order. Did not receive my requested contact. Will NEVER purchase another pair of frames from this company. Fytoo reached out with a resolution due to the review I posted requesting me to change my review. I refused the resolution because I believe that everyone should be aware of the poor customer service and slow resolution of this company. Please regardless of what you see on social media, this company is difficult to work with and does not provide resolution nor do they respond timely. I will not change my review so that they can continue to cause customer unnecessary stress.
