Terrible customer service and misleading return policy. The website states they provide easy 30 day returns but you actually need to ship it to a random address in China at your own expense in order to return something. update: after i posted my review they contacted me to offer a partial refund in exchange for deleting or editing my review. update 2: they promised me a full refund for changing my review to 5 stars.
