FYTOOReviews of fytoo.com

My glasses are so jazzy! I made an error in my original prescription, but they worked with me to re-order with a different frame. Customer service is on point! Thank you Fytoo!!!!!!! :)

Love, my glasses. I had a great experience with Fytoo, specifically regarding their customer service. After encountering a minor logistical issue with my delivery address, I reached out for assistance. Olivia was incredibly helpful and proactive; she corrected the details manually to ensure my order would arrive without further delay. The company excels at communication and taking accountability for the customer experience. The ordering process is straightforward, and the quality of the service makes me feel confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for a company that is responsive and truly "by your side" when you need help, I highly recommend them.

I ordered glasses with FyToo and very satisfied with prompt delivery service response with Kelly. Other Sites have you waiting while you keep me updated Very easy to track the glasses being sent, which is very much appreciated!! Thank you 😊

FYTOO has a great selection of frames. I was very satisfied with my purchase! The quality of the frames and my prescription was top tier! Customer service was on point, they got back to me very quick! Delivery was quicker than I expected! I will definitely recommend to others and I will be ordering again!

Good looking frames and nice craftsmanship. Decent speed of service.

Excellent experience with Fytoo! Their customer service was responsive and helpful throughout the process. One of the few online eyewear companies that offers a wide variety of stylish frames in larger sizes (145+ mm), which is hard to find. The prices were very affordable compared to other brands, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

I own several styles of glasses from Fytoo. I believe they are all progressive lenses and I know they are all wonderful. I have had zero issues with quality and the deliveries are VERY timely I contacted Fytoo regarding a minor issue and Kelly quickly helped me to resolve it

The glasses made from using my prescription was perfect. Fytoo offers many styles which I like. I have to order more for the different colors of my wardrobe. They are "that" affordable.
