FYTOOReviews of fytoo.com

Always love the frames I get from Fytoo. Good quality lenses too.

This is my first time ordering from Fytoo. I inquired about updating lenses for a pair of glasses I purchased. Kathy was very helpful in helping me with that. She also explained why another pair of glasses wouldn't be able to take my prescription. Experience has been great so far. Can't wait for my pairs.

They have some nice glasses

This is the first time I have placed an order with FYTTO, and I really don't regret it, by the way I am thinking of placing my other order extremely soon the quality of my glasses and the speed with which I was able to work on my order. Not to mention the speed with which they responded to my customer service for doubts that I had about my order Thank you to the Representative Nancy after her Service I Recommend them 100%.

This been my first time with Fytoo, I've had some credentials issues and the support team was amazing helping me reset my account in very short time! Excellent customer service Fytoo!

Fytoo is the perfect website to order stylish and affordable glasses. The customer service is great. I had an issue with my order and they responded quickly with solution. Fytoo will always be my go to when it comes to buying glasses. It is easy to order and the customer service team does a great job at making sure the customer is taken care of. Thank you fytoo!

My experience with Fytoo - when I purchased a frame and lenses for my elder sister in 2023 - has been excellent from beginning to end. The company demonstrates a high level of professionalism, making the entire purchasing process simple, efficient, and enjoyable. Their customer service team is responsive, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. Whenever I had questions, they provided clear answers and support, which gave me confidence in my purchase.  The quality of Fytoo's eyewear exceeded my expectations. The frames are stylish, durable, and comfortable to wear, while the lenses provide excellent clarity. It is clear that Fytoo takes pride in offering products that combine quality craftsmanship with modern design.   I ended up purchasing two futuristic Maelis premium series frames with lenses, one in silver and one in gold color. The price was affordable. One of the most impressive aspects of Fytoo is its affordability. Despite offering superior-quality eyeglasses, the prices remain competitive and accessible. Finding eyewear that balances quality, style, and value, with a reasonable delivery time can be challenging, but Fytoo delivers on all four. Overall, Fytoo stands out for its professionalism, outstanding customer service, and high-quality yet affordable products. The company has earned my trust through its commitment to customer care and product excellence. I highly recommend Fytoo to anyone looking for reliable, stylish, and budget-friendly eyewear. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future and would confidently recommend them to family and friends.  I am purchasing another second pair of frames and lenses for my sister.  Great job Fytoo.  Cheers! I placed an order from Canada, on the US site. In my delirium I made an error and ordered the wrong color frame. I immediately sent a customer service email.THE PROBLEM was SOLVED in LESS than 24HOURS. Thank you very much Kathy💖 I have ordered before (3 other pairs) and have always been pleased. Cost comparison. My prescription changes every year. My prescription is in the -9 range. And at over two thousand dollars at a clinic there in no way I can afford that. Even just new lenses are over $1600. I greatly appreciate I can get everything I need for less than $300. Literally a life saver. Thank you Fytoo!
