Thank you very much for your kind feedback! Resin lenses are a bit more durable compared to glass lenses. We will send your suggestion back to our manager and try to make it happen for you in the near future. Thank you again for your support and love for Fytoo!

We appreciate your precious feedback and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. The frames on our website support the virtual try-on function, which enables our customers to see what the glasses look like on them in advance. However, because the sizes of the pictures that customers upload to use the try-on function are different, we're not able to fix the frame size in the try-on function. To help customers find the most suitable glasses, we listed the specific dimensions of the frame on the frame's details page. You can refer to them when placing the order. We'll keep your suggestions in mind and try to optimize our workflow in the future. Once again, we sincerely appreciate your support for Fytoo Glasses!

We appreciate your precious feedback and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused. The long wait is caused by the customization of your lenses. Based on your order information, we have to customize the lenses based on the lens type you selected and your prescription, which took some time to finish. The processing time is not included in the shipping time shown on our website. If you would like to have your order delivered in a shorter time, you can try our business express at your next purchase. We'll also keep your suggestions in mind and try to shorten our delivery time in the future. Thank you again for supporting Fytoo Glasses! :)
