I appreciate FYTOO customer service process. They always work with the customer to ensure a fair and reasonable result. This is my third time buying from them and will continue to only use them for my eyeglasses. Thanks FYTOO.

I love these glasses!!!! I got so many compliments. They are my daily-wear. Was unable to find sophisticated round glasses on any other site. I recently had a minor problem with them. Nine months since purchase. Customer service (Nancy) was easy to contact, got back to me quickly, and resolved it! Very happy with EVERYTHING related to this eyewear. Highly recommend.

I ordered two pairs of prescription glasses and noticed in my confirmation email that I had accidentally ordered one pair without lenses. I contacted customer support, and Aya responded within an hour. She was incredibly kind, professional and helpful. Despite my mistake, she quickly offered a solution and even a discount on the additional lenses. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and personal attention. Thank you, Aya! ❤

Only sorry I didn't find FYTOO sooner. I now own 3 pair of glasses in different colors. Because the cost is so reasonable I can afford to use my glasses as accessories!!! Great fit and I love that they offer the type of Transition lenses that work in the car - I no longer need seperate sunglasses.

great customer service
