My husband bought 2 sweaters for me for Christmas. First of all, they never made it for Christmas. I finally received them mid January. One of the two sweaters fit fine, but the other did not and the material was too clingy. I would like to return the one, and emailed to customer service and did not get a response back. I will try one more time but I think my husband is going to be out the money and I am going to be stuck with a shirt I'm not going to wear. I gave them one star for the one shirt that fits.

The shopping and return experience was great but the sizes are ridiculous. I ordered a large which I am and also used the US size chart but couldn’t even pull the dress down over my body I had to exchange it for an xL. I don’t mind ordering or wearing XL, but I think the size chart should be realistic to how the dress is made

Love it and it fits true to size. I would buy again, because when Iove something I usually grab 2!

I am totally frustrated. I have been trying for nearly a month to get a return authorization from the company. They do not answer my emails and there is no customer service number.
