Same fake company as Berluu. Claims it’s made (and shipped) from South Carolina in the US and in fact is produced in Thailand and shipped from Dubai. No returns or exchanges despite website stating there are. Company to negotiate sub-50% return to keep clothing. False advertising all around

I purchased 3 items and found 3 unacceptable - cheap polyester material and they don't fit right. I tried to return them, it was impossible. Return policy listed a website that went nowhere. "Help and Support" offered $50.00 on a $150.00 order but I keep the dresses. They also told me that the items come from Dubai and return shipping would be cost prohibitive WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM FYGES ONLINE! Unless you are one of those photos shopped models advertising the clothing. NOTHING WILL LOOK LIKE THAT ON YOU! LESSON LEARNED! Fyges DOES NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL AND THEREFORE THEY ARE A RIP OFF. I will give these items to charity and move on..... which is what they want you to do. GO AWAY. Learn from my mistake don't buy from Fyges!!!!!

The dress I bought is very nice and of good quality; however, the sizing chart is one size too small. I asked for an exchange but the color I ordered was out of stock with no idea if they’ll be getting more. I asked for a different color and they refuse I’m told I can only exchange for size only even if they are out of that color. I feel that is poor customer service.

I ordered 2 dresses. One was alright but did not really look like it was presented online. The other one is really ugly and not at all what one would expect from the photo. Furthermore I ordered large, based on the measurements they publish, but the dresses are too tight around my breasts.

Bluff! Ordered 3 items. Payed 110 dollars -very thin polyester clothes-only two arrived -not at all true to size. Very unprofessional answer and no way to return them. Have been offered 30 dollars as compensation. Will be interesting to see if and when they will refund… DO NOT BUY!!
