I was having some trouble shooting problems which prevented the EA from running properly which caused major delays in process.Allen Bright was very patient, calm, and supportive in helping me resolve me issue. He updated the Axi Trader platform on the Remote Desktop Connection which I would not have figured out since I'm new to VPS. With his help and patience (I've been on for about two hours) I must admit, it was worth the time and effort. I'm new to VPS and EA and I'm more of a manual trader.
