To clarify, our billing system is fully automated and every transaction is recorded with invoice history inside the client area. In cases of duplicate charges, we always investigate immediately and process corrections where applicable. We do not benefit from or intentionally withhold legitimate refunds. Regarding support tickets, our system does not delete client tickets. All submissions are logged and traceable.
