The service is of very poor quality

The service is of very poor quality, the server takes a very long time to load; in my case, it took more than 12 hours. They do everything manually. I asked for a refund, but they didn't give it. The server keeps disconnecting when using MT5. It's very bad, and I still haven't received a refund. They do everything to avoid giving your money back, inventing many excuses, and still haven't returned your money. I'm not even using the server because it keeps disconnecting from MT5 Forex, even with a dedicated IP. I didn't like it; I want my money back, and I still haven't had any success in getting it back.

To clarify, our VPS systems are automatically provisioned and typically delivered within minutes. In rare cases, additional verification or configuration may slightly extend activation time, but extended delays are not part of our normal process. Regarding MT5 disconnections, these are often related to local network routing, broker-side connectivity, or terminal configuration settings rather than the VPS infrastructure itself. Our team always works step-by-step with clients to diagnose such issues. As for refund requests, our policy (available at the time of purchase) outlines eligibility conditions based on activation and service usage. Once a VPS has been provisioned and accessed, refund approval depends on those specific terms. That said, we never intend to dismiss a customer’s concern.
