I’ve been using FXReplay for over a year now, and it continues to impress me. The platform strikes the perfect balance between being in-depth and detailed, while remaining clean, simple, and genuinely pleasant to use. What really sets them apart, though, is their support team. Every time I’ve reached out, the response has been quick and genuinely helpful. Most recently, I spoke with Tobey, who went above and beyond—not only solving my issue but also taking the time to make me feel like a truly valued customer. FXReplay has earned my trust over the past year, and I highly recommend it to anyone serious about backtesting and improving their trading edge.

Great app but alternate payment method like crypto would be really great as the available payment options don't work in nigeria where I am from and I really want to backtest more to horn my skills. It would be great if crypto payment is added

Thank you so much for the kind words about the app and we're really glad to hear you're enjoying it! We truly appreciate your passion for backtesting and honing your trading skills. Feedback like yours helps us grow and improve. You're absolutely right — having alternative payment methods like crypto would be incredibly helpful for users in regions where current options are limited, like Nigeria. You're not alone in this request, and it's something we're actively exploring. While we can't make promises on the timeline just yet, please know that it's on our radar and being considered seriously. Thanks again for reaching out and for your dedication to leveling up your trading. We’re cheering you on! Warm regards, The FX Replay Team

Thank you for sharing your experience. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team ([email protected]) by submitting a ticket and providing as much detail as possible — browser type, approximate session duration before issues start, any error messages, etc. That could really help us pinpoint what’s going on. Our goal is to ensure your backtesting is as smooth as possible and we are here to help.

I want to be able to remove trades that and for it to be reflected back on the analytics dashboard, sometimes the whole backtest is unvalid for me because of this issue. would love to see this get fixed. Review: Temporary
Response from FX ReplayAug 11, 2025
Currently, it’s not possible to delete multiple trades at once. If you took one by mistake, you can use the Replay feature to return to a point before entering it, and it will be removed. We avoid bulk deletion to prevent results from being skewed by removing only losing trades. If you’d like us to refresh your analytics, please email [email protected].

I have experienced a problem where I have been unable to access any of the data I had been working on for almost 2 weeks. So far it has been 3 days and unable to rectify the problem. While I think the program is OK, albeit a bit glitchy at times, the customer support is awful. I don't know if they are under staffed or just don't care, they didn't reply to my email, I had to go through discord and get a reply every 6 hours or so with extremely generic answers and questions have could have just asked me in one go. I have used FXR for a while and while the software does it's job I am actually trying to find an alternative now because of how bad the customer support is.
