Awesome to work with

I know when I place an order with these guys that it's going to show up and that it's going to be good quality product. It's been that way from day one and I order often enough and never had one problem. And the customer service is just as good. No not good. Great. I give them a 10/10. They are definitely my go to for any RC products.

I’ll give two stars just because they were a little communicative!! But it’s been like 17 days now and I don’t think anything is coming in my mail. But look everybody needs to understand that customs are assholes and take packages all the time so I’m not blaming this on FX just because I don’t know the fax who knows maybe they didn’t send it. But my gut tells me they did. If anything changes I’ll change this review look elsewhere. !!

They're legit AF, i been ordering from them for about a few years now I have received every order except for one and the reship never made it to me but thehy did send it I had tracking and everything, try ordering anywhere else even of the vendor is honest you still will only recei e maybe 1/3 of packages ordered, I trust these guys, they definitely got a stragegic advantage over other vendors as well, the location they ship from is tottally under the radar which is why their delivery rate is so good. Dont spend money anywhere else, these guys are a sure bet, average delivery time is 7 days if you get the premium shipping, I would get premium no matter the order size, it now seems to have full tracking updates even after it hits the United States now. Oh yeah I did tell them I was going to write them a review when my pack made it today other than that I have not been paid or bribed for a glowing review, they deserve it.

FX has been an absolute pleasure to work with. The items in question were packaged in a way as to be protected from any outside disturbance, were a little slower than previous packages, but arrived in a fairly smooth amount of time. My only wish would be the ability to order in bulk. It's been a fantastic working experience and I would highly reccomend them to any research laboratory, or up and coming science enthusiast. I will be doing much more business with them in the near and far future.
