Still the best in the business!! Product is always #1, Casper is the best they’ve had and always responds to emails with a quickness! All aspects of this company are spot on. Love them & how they operate. Second to none!

First order went smoothly. Second order did not arrive but was not guaranteed. I communicated with them and they went above and beyond in making it right. I have never seen such outstanding customer service. Many thanks!

This company has been around and available and has adjusted to today's challenges. I haven't had a problem with them that we couldn't work out. Seeing Terry leave has been, an adjustment some things were promised and now there's no where to collect. I hope that we're able to continue in the future.

These guys are great! They responded promptly. If it wasn’t Terry it was another person answering my emails. I received confirmation email immediately after they received my payment and in a few days received a process order. These guys are smart about how they run their business and I really like that about them. They were never rude, but then again, neither was I. You guys are great. Thank you

Casper needs to know what customer service is all about, because he shows NO tact, diplomacy, or respect!!!My bitcoin was taken and my order cancelled in April and I want this resolved! I can't believe how this company has changed, and not for the better! I'm extremely disappointed, and so are quite a few people I know, because of unfulfilled orders. Why should the customer NOT complain when their money is taken with nothing to show for it.
