Customer support response was delayed I have ac with other prop firm where the support chat response given in minutes but in Fx2 I tried chat, email and what's app it's more than 24 hrs and most of the time unresolved. Not happy at all. I accidentally selected MT 5 and downloaded the app which says broker Fx2 isn't listed. I have to request either get it worked by today or change the platform to ctrader which I am more familiar with. Ac 500000018 Also had some technical glitch while working on my master ac 2009040 I need to get it restored ASAP. Over all I am sorry to say cust service is not up the mark as it should be.. My ac platform was changed to C trader next day. about my master ac, after 2 to 3 days they said it wasn't a technical glitch with my master ac still they offered a new ac as a gesture, i really appreciate the gesture. The only think you need to get better is response time, rest all it so far so good. Thank you Mara for your prompt response and support.

Wanted to express my experience with this firm so far. I’ve just received second payout just 8 days after first payout (due to having 5-day payout cycle add on) both paid within 48 business hours. I was invited to a friendly and routine video call with their risk management after requesting 2nd payout. The interview was super easy and friendly in my opinion just a routine check whether there is a legit trader on the other side not an account manager or gambler .. So if you are a legit trader striving to achieve a financial success through legitimate serious (disciplined) trading this firm is very cool and reliable. With 5- day payout cycle and 48h payout processing absolutely among top prop firms. Obtaining a funded account was also super fast and easy. After passing KYC I got funded account in about 1h! This firm is a bit underrated having only a few traders and top features.

After having been scammed by 2 previous prop firms (see my reviews for their names) and denied significant payouts, it was hard to trust another prop firm, but still decided to try FX2 Funding anyway. Glad I did - no bullshit made up rules on payday like some other firms. Made some profit, on my withdrawal day, put in request for withdrawal, and got my first withdrawal paid promptly. Maybe FX2 Funding should be a benchmark for other prop firms. Thank you FX2 for restoring my faith in the prop trading business.

Not impressed with the way I was treated at all. I wouldn't label the company as a scam, but knowing what I know now, I would not spend my money with them when there are much better alternatives available. Zero customer service. Edited Section (post FX2 reply): I was not made aware that the migration would be taking place, otherwise I would have closed the trades that were still open, unfortunately I did not have an opportunity to do so because of a lack of communication from your end. Additionally, trying to have my post deleted on Trustpilot by claiming that I have never been a customer of FX2, despite providing valid account numbers is not something I would expect from a legitimate prop firm. The only reason this post is still here is because I provided Trustpilot with multiple instances of communication between FX2 and myself over various issues that I had with the company and their management. That should tell you everything you need to know about FX2 and their management. Bottom line, do your due diligence. Get onto various forums and find out what works for you. FX2 was definitely a big mistake for me. Happy Trading.

Guys stay away they are not legit. I pass challenge with only 2% risk idea, and passing they restrict me to only risk 1 % risk for all opening position, also cannot reopen under 30minutes. After I got my first payout, they restrict me again one more rule 45%consistency rule, best profit cannot exceed 45% for total profit, if not cannot withdraw. Fine, I accept it total three HIDDEN RULES which didnt mention on website. Then when i was up 3% profit on my account, I ask to confirm whether i need to reach 8% in order to request payout, because there is a single trade I win 4%. Then, they just instantly breach my account. I didn't break any rules they had given to me, I risk 0.8% per trade, didn't reopen after SL. But they just manually breach without any reason, yet they flag my review on Trustpilot. They can't even afford to pay 3%on my 50k funded account. Check their discord you can see the whole month February there is like only 2 payout certifications. I understand not all people like to post payout but whole month only 2 payouts. Guys think about it, I have 400k funded account total. They are the first company to ban me LOL. Dont waste your time again, I can provide all proof from the email they sent to me as well.
