FX2 is a great firm. As it relates to trading conditions and customer service, I have no issues, 10/10. Now, as it relates to payouts, this is where I'd say they lose a star. I requested a payout and had no issue, so my issue is not with payout denial. The process was smooth. My issue was rather with how their payout structure works. When you request a payout your maximum drawdown becomes starting balance. So If I made 6% and decided to make a 5% payout, I will only have 1% of max drawdown available. This is a real bummer. As a result I requested a payout of 5% after making 6% and I'm pretty sure I'll probably lose that 1% I have left available. It would be great if after you requested a payout, your max drawdown goes back to the original max loss of 6% or 10% instead of the initial balance. Besides that payout rule which I am not a fan of, they are a reliable firm.

I like the dashboard and all the efforts to come up with a sophisticated environment. Not bad rules. 4 stars for long delay delivering the funded account after passing 2 phases.

Customer support response was delayed I have ac with other prop firm where the support chat response given in minutes but in Fx2 I tried chat, email and what's app it's more than 24 hrs and most of the time unresolved. Not happy at all. I accidentally selected MT 5 and downloaded the app which says broker Fx2 isn't listed. I have to request either get it worked by today or change the platform to ctrader which I am more familiar with. Ac 500000018 Also had some technical glitch while working on my master ac 2009040 I need to get it restored ASAP. Over all I am sorry to say cust service is not up the mark as it should be.. My ac platform was changed to C trader next day. about my master ac, after 2 to 3 days they said it wasn't a technical glitch with my master ac still they offered a new ac as a gesture, i really appreciate the gesture. The only think you need to get better is response time, rest all it so far so good. Thank you Mara for your prompt response and support.

My experience thus far has been very good

Initially a violation of one of the FX2 Funding trading rules (30-day inactivity period) was reported, and the account was closed, but the possibility of reactivating the account was offered, which is positive.
